Recipe - Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

This recipe for dark chocolate peanut butter cups is super easy to prepare, no cook and did I mention delicious?!

You will need:
2 x 100g bars dark chocolate (preferably 70% or dairy free)
A jar of peanut butter (I mixed crunchy with smooth)
A cup cake pan

Melt your chocolate in a bowl on top of a pan of boiling water. Once melted spoon 1 desert spoon of chocolate into each bit of the clean cake pan. Now move your pan around tipping side to side to coat the rounded moulds with choc.

Spoon 1 tsp peanut butter into the centre of each chocolate cup and with a knife heated in boiling water smooth flat.
Spoon the remaining chocolate on top to cover the butter. Next place in the fridge for 3 hours min until the chocolate has set!
Pop the cups out with a knife and viola.
Perfect with tea as a mid afternoon energy boosting treat.
