Recipe - Smoky Sweetcorn Humous

You will need:

1 240g tin of cooked chickpeas
1 100g tin of corn
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
s & p to taste

Put all your ingredients into a deep mixing bowl and combine with a stick blender! Simple as that. Serve with wholemeal pittas.
