Recipe - Chocolate Fudge (vegan)

Rich, creamy, delicious and only four ingredients! This plate full is 1/3 of what this recipe makes and trust me a little goes a long way in treat terms. Definitely one for the chocoholics!

You will need:
2 cups 70% /vegan dark chocolate
1 cup coconut milk (the really thick stuff)
1/3 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup smashed nuts

Melt your chocolate and set to one side to cool. Smach nuts in a paper bag with a rolling pin. Now mix the the ingredients together with a balloon whisk by hand! Line a small square tin with grease proof paper and pour the mixture in. Place in the fridge to set for minimum 2 hours and serve!
These slices are approx 2 inches square and perhaps a little too much for one serving! Enjoy.
